My experience with Vanessa was a complete waste of both time and money. The photos on the website that convinced me to book an appointment looked very different from the reality. The pictures were either heavily edited or outdated when I saw her in person, it felt like a total deception. I thought maybe service and attitude matter more than looks… but I was even more disappointed there. Katarina’s behavior was cold, heartless, and uninterested, and throughout the entire meeting, I never once felt that she was doing her job professionally.
